Over the past six years Devron has raised capital in the tire recycling
and bio-energy sector. He is proficient in applying financial equations
to newly developed business models. Devron has developed these models
for the tire recycling and bio-mass to fuels industry. He is

Vice President of Business Development
Tom Ross had a successful career as a senior executive in business
development with Armstrong industries. Over the last five years,
Tom has been actively involved in the tire recycling industry.
Tom Woodward
Chief Marketing Officer
Tom founded several successful businesses during his professional
career, specializing in sales, marketing and advertising. His
companies founded a buying alliance that worked with Fortune 500
companies, including Merck & Co. Inc., GlaxoSmithKline, Rhone
Poulenc Rorer, Unisys Corporation, Harrah’s Entertainment,
Comcast and The University of North Carolina.
Brad Hilton
Chief Investment and Strategy Officer
Brad is co-founder of eCorridor, a business automation consulting
company based in Phoenix, Arizona. He has extensive experience in
developing business solutions that integrate technology and business
processes in the most effective and efficient manner. Brad, grandson of
Conrad Hilton, the founder of Hilton Hotels, has had over 15 years of
management and executive experience with Hilton Hotels Corporation
prior to starting his own company.

headquartered in Phoenix Arizona. Mr. Roundy has over 30 years of
experience providing leadership and innovative solutions for the
